Refund Policy

All sales are final. Every product sold on Astromapped is a digital product, delivered instantly to your email after purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and you acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation is waived from the moment delivery begins.

Delivery issues

If your reading did not arrive, you received the wrong file, or a technical problem prevents you from opening your purchase, contact us with your order number. We will make sure you receive exactly what you paid for. Failed delivery is our responsibility and is always fixed, by redelivery, not by refund.

Duplicate orders

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, contact us with both order numbers and we will correct the duplicate charge.
